FREE MRI REVIEW

DROP OFF CD WITH IMAGING STUDY

MUST BE A CURRENT PATIENT OF RESURGENS ORTHOPAEDICS

(Accepted Monday - Friday between 8-4PM ET)

You may drop off your CD with your imaging study at any Resurgens Orthopaedics office. Locations

Tell the receptionist that the images need to be uploaded to the Resurgens Orthopaedics PACS, and provide the receptionist with an envelope that includes:

  • CD of your diagnostic imaging
  • Radiology reports
  • Copy of your insurance card (front and back)
  • Copy of your picture ID

NEXT STEPS:

After we've received your diagnostic images, we will begin assessing your scans. The review typically takes around a week, although it could take longer if we have a backlog of cases to evaluate. Once the review is complete, we will reach out to you to discuss the findings.

Your health is our priority, and we aim to give you clarity on your medical situation.

By uploading your medical images, you acknowledge and agree:

  • That your personally identifiable health care information can be shared with employees of Resurgens Orthopaedics
  • That the image review provides only an informational review of the documents that you are providing.
  • That the information provided by our team is not a form of diagnosis. A diagnosis can only be made if you have been physically examined by a Resurgens Orthopaedics physician, physician assistant or nurse practitioner.

Upon receipt of your medical images, Resurgens Orthopaedics will not share your personally identifiable health care information with third parties without your written consent.
